Brands That Support Veterans

There are a number of brands that contributed to support the Wounded Warrior Project, including Nivea, Crest, Jimmy Dean, Glad, and Old Spice.

If you shop on Amazon, be sure to use smile.amazon.com and designate a charity of your choice.

Marie Callendars is a sponsor of the Comforts From Home Project, which sends care packages and hosts events for troops here and abroad.

Humana, Cold Stone Ice Cream, Stonegate Bank, and Kaplan University were among the sponsors of the annual Wounded Warrior Amputee Football Team vs. Miami’s NFL Alumni game, proceeds of which benefitted the WWAFT & Disabled Veterans Initiatives in South Florida.

Other Ways to Honor Our Veterans

Parade magazine featured “11 Ways to Honor Veterans” in this Sundays’ edition.

Don’t hold our servicemembers, and by extension their families, accountable for the agendas and initiatives against which they are deployed.

Note: I am an employee of Kaplan Higher and Professional Education. While I use some of the products and services mentioned, this is not a sponsored post.
